Dr. Lana Patterson

Lana grew up in Langley, attending the Langley Fine Arts School in Fort Langley where she developed her love of drawing and dance. After moving into high school at Walnut Grove Secondary, she was introduced to the sciences, which she became passionate about. While attending university, Lana became a personal trainer and enjoyed educating her clients on the importance of health and balance in their bodies and lives. After graduation from Simon Fraser University with her BSc in Biology, Lana moved to Los Angeles to complete her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Southern California University of Health Sciences. She then returned to British Columbia and was fortunate to train for three years with Dr. Donald Grant, DC, a professional who inspired and mentored her, sharing a wealth of chiropractic experience and various healing methods with her. In 2007 Lana married Shaun Patterson, DC, who also grew up in Fort Langley. In 2008, they opened Fort Family Chiropractic together and today, Lana enjoys a balanced life of working professional and being mother to two boys, ages eight and six.
